Good day
I have been an loyal absa clinet of the Past 14 years and never had any issues with my accounts
How ever last month I got retrenched and the only thing Am asking for the bank is to understand my trying times
I went to ABSA midrand branch to apply for restructuring on my bond and this morning I got a call from the restructuring department from their Manager that was rude to me and didn't want to listen to my plea and he is telling me that I don't have any options if I cant pay then I will be taken to legal he even refuse to call me (Tommy0back when I clearly told him if he can call me back later seeing that I cant thing straight the manner in which he spoke to me he didn't even sympathize with me for the fact that I call the bank so that the bank can give me options as to what to do in my situation he is the special matter expect in this regards he was supposed to tell me what to do and not command me to listen to him I feel he is and he is enjoying that a black man owning a house is going thru this I will take this matter up with HELLO Peter and if this means I have to splash this to news papers I will I want ABSA bond restructuring manager higher than Tom
