Query on 3/12/2013 - slow - no reply

On 3rd December I queried an unfamilliar amount with Yolande at Witbank branch: R1799.00 dd 3/12/2013 reference "Transfer to TE 141 DD 2013.09.02 312". I never received a reply. Only after I followed up with her did she indicate that it was a merchant transaction & they were waiting for a copy of the debit. I'm still waiting for that. This morning another amount of R1799.00 has been debited from my account dd 13/12/2013 with reference "Electronic transfer - credit card 000000008096 DD 0901 (111607)". I never swipe my credit card.
I'm suppose to be a Private Bank client whereby I thought I would not have to hold the bank's hand to sort my queries out. I'm not impressed. I'm paying huge service fees - for no service. I want these amounts reversed and details on what is happening on my account. These are manual bank entries so please do not play the dumb card with me!
