African bank policy

My name is Brusset du Plessis. I am employed as a nursing sister at Medfem clinic. African bank phoned me and offered me a personal loan which I took. I singed a debit order which they took of religiously monthly without any problem, with the loan I also took out a policy to cover me if anything like some disability cross my road, which was also paid monthly. In January 2013 I was diagnosed with breast cancer which has spread. my leave and sick leave got finished, so therefor I am not working since April. I contact them to tell them what the circumstances is. They communicated back and said no they need a report from my doctor as well as evidence that it was cancer plus a doctor from Medfem to confirm that is what the situation is as well as a copy from my ID document, which I did. I am still not back at work because my chemo did not work, they operated me, the cancer is still there, so now I must go for radiation. I still had to pay R45000.00 and my credit card of R15000.00 which has also been taken down as a debit order. after all my proof and documentation, African Bank stopped debiting my account. On the 6/12/13 they phoned mesaidI owe them R66000, and is handed over.
