I applied online for a MoneyTrader Account on Monday 2013/12/09 and promptly received 2 emails stating that people would be incontact with me within 48 hours. This didn't happen. I called today Friday 2013/12/13 to find out what is going on and was told their sales office closes today and opens again in 3 weeks on 6 January.
Banking sales closed for 3 weeks? Are you kidding? AND they hadn't done their work / met their commitments before they left. Nedbank management: What were you thinking letting this happen?
Thumbs up, however, to the lady in the call centre who made the effort and found out that that at least these people in sales had dispatched forms to me this morning, so hopefully I don't loose another 3 weeks.
