I sent in a claim on the 17 May, about 5 days later I still received no feedback. I called FNB brokers to find out what is wrong. They called Santam and then the claim was escalated. Later the afternoon Ellen called me to say I need to email the invoice for repairs to my laptop, and I did so.
It is almost 2 weeks later now and after numerous emails to Ellen, FNB and their brokers I still have not received any feedback whatsoever.
I am currently getting quotes from different insurance companies, as I will be changing since I cannot stay with a company that gives such pathetic service.
