I went to the bank yesterday to increase my electronic fund transfer for a period of a week. The lady helping me said that i would be phoned today seeing that it was a large amount and needed confirmation of funds. I know that the day isn't over yet but will sincerely apologize should I actually receive feedback today. Seeing that nobody phoned today and therefore they will only phone on Tuesday (hopefully) because of the public holiday, it means that I have lost 4 days out of my week to do the nescassary transactions. I also gave two contact numbers therefore they can not say they struggled to get hold of me. Ai, Standardbank. It's so frustrating to have to resort to hellopeter after EVERY trip to the bank.
