No interest to attend to week old enquiries

Standard Bank Kroonstad is on the the most spoke about branch.
Sadly because of bad service to the public.
For a week now I have been trying to talk to a human person instead of voice mail.
I live on a farm and cannot travel just fun of it to town if I have an inquiry.
Left messages, had to hear from the staff member I am busy I have a client i will get back to you.
Interesting that when you sit in front of a manager they answer the phone even make calls??
It is now a week and SEVERAL messages later-NO RESPOND.
I contacted the customer call center and requested to get the paper work in place 1st thing tomorrow morning I cancel and move my accounts to the bank that delivers what it advertise. Today tomorrow and forever we are there for you. Then after all the energy and calls wasted on them believe it or not 3 minutes to 5 I receive a call-from standard bank. I informed them I have nothing to say gave my account numbers and request to print out the documents so I can sigh them tomorrow morn 9am SHARP. Yesterday when called 3, 33 nobody was in office... today everybody is in office. Please DON"T underestimate the intelligence of the public!!
