INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTION

I received an sms on 12/11/2013 to confirm when I would like my homeloan debit order to go off. I replied on 13/11/2013 to state that it needs to be debited on the 18th of December. I then received 2 smses on 13/11/2013 to confirm that the debit order will go off on the 18th. Today this debit order has gone off and the money has now been taken from my overdraft. I am on the phone while I am typing this email and nobody can assist me. I have spoken to 5 different people and everyone keeps transferring me. I am even being put through to the voice recording where I need to rate the service. What service when everyone is transferring me? I am not on hold for 10 minutes. I want the money returned into my bank account today and will not be paying the overdraft costs as this was not my fault. Someone needs to contact me immediately - 0716026850. I am so shocked at this service that I no longer want to deal with FNB or the homeloans department. I sent this email at 08h30 this morning. It is now 4 hours later and I have heard nothing.
