Early Debit Orde

Nedbank loans repeatedly processes debit orders early forcing my cheque account with ABSA to be overdrawn and resulting in charges. They have an authorisation for the 28th of each month but have today processed a debit order. Call Centre agent Nicole Manganyi rudely states that an SMS was sent to me indicating the D/o would be processed today - the number she has on her screen is my old number. An SMS was received on my new number from Nedbank this morning stating the d/o was in progress. So they have my number for one purpose but not the other. I had a great deal of help from a loans manager to get things back on track and for 2 months everything was fine now back to square one. All of this has taken up my entire morning thus far. ENOUGH. Nedbank I will be in tomorrow to cancel the debit order. Ms Manganyi you need to work on your customer service skills.
