Eserved for purchase

Good Day

I would like to state the I am seriously unhappy with the "reserved for purchase" method!!!.
This not the first time I am unhappy with it, but due to the fact that I like FNB, I have been accepting it!.
I cannot accept it anymore!. My account is always on - (negative) because of "reserved for purchase" payments!. Why can't money just be taken on time? Now I sit with my account in arrears and it is not my fault. I plan on moving to another bank soon.
