I HAVE SENT MY LETTERS, HELP PLEAASSEE

I have an ARG scoring of 5, and Nedbank told me I need to phone you guys, to ask if you can change that because it is affecting my application for business.

I have sent you settlement letters before and still my credit score looks bad?! Tried calling you yesterday and i spoke to someone but then the phone cut out!!!
CAN i URGENTLY get some help on this?
