With the tremendous bad storm all of JHB experienced on the 28 th of Nov I only managed to logged my claim on the 4th Dec
Since then Absa appointed Detroit Projects cc to come and assess the damages to my entertainment lapa that was ripped to pieces and flooded, just week before Xmas this is not nice
A guy by name of Ike contact me to set up app only for the 13th as they are busy I called this morning to confirm the appointment and was told that Kenneth will be here by 13h00 as previously arranged.
I have called since 13h00 to constantly get voicemail even the guy Kenneth works for called Ike cannot get hold of him now he also does not have airtime so I must wait he will find a garage for airtime then call me back.
I pay high premium for this insurance and get the run around like this is ridiculous!!
I need to get the lapa repaired every-days rain is causing more damage as there is nothing keeping weather out of lapa due to awnings all being ripped and torn
Bad bad service Absa dealing with incompetent assessor is not on and this needs to be sorted ASAP
