How long can it take to get back to me??!!

When we insured my new car with miway I was informed that I need to have an immobilizer installed, otherwise my monthly instalment will increase. Since July 2013 I have been trying to get hold of someone working for miway to explain to me why no-one in Klerksdorp is accredited to install the device in my car and why I HAVE to go to Potchefstroom. The last person I spoke to at the call centre clearly did not understand the fact that it is one of an inconvenience to take off from work for this, because the company that miway accredited in Potchefstroom is only open during the week and not on Saturdays. Then the person also asked me why I cannot drive to Rustenburg or Lichtenburg or Brits to have the device installed. Clearly you have no clue how far those places are from us, or that it is an inconvenience. I also sent miway and email about this, 3 months ago, and I have not received a reply as of yet. This is pathetic and I am clearly not going to keep my car insured with miway, because this is not service. PS. please employ people that will understand that an immobilizer cannot be installed in my car as it will interfere with its current computer system
