Resolving confusion

After my Car was written off I was battling to locate where the car was in order to collect my belongings and after a back and forth phone calls and trips to the Panel Beaters in vein I sent a mail to Lemmy who was in retention department to make him aware of the matter. Lemmy called me back upon receipt of my mail to get the story and to calm me down, he took initiative to follow up with all the people I had conversations with and their respective managers in order to locate the and eventually got to the bottom of the the story. I went to the panel beaters again to find the car still not being there after they told the insurance that it was there and again Lemmy stayed after hours and spoke to the guys at the Panel Beater and got them to commit in bringing my stuff to me instead of me going to them again. I wish we could have more Lemmy's in this industry and we as consumers will sleep with ease at night knowing we getting our money's worth of service.
