I logged a claim after my car has been in a very small accident. Only the following day a tow truck came to fetch it. The car has been in inspection for 2 whole weeks!!! It only went for repairs the 3rd week, it's going to be a full month next week since they took my car in, only the lord knows when am I going to get it back! Xmas is approaching and I know most repairers will close by next week, I'm so frustrated!
That's not all, they told me they cannot fully pay for the replacement of my front tire but they will workout a betterment for me, which amounted to R2000!!! So according to them 1 tire for my car costs about R4000!!! I feel like I'm being robbed and get a poor service as a cherry on top!!
