I wanted to cancel my contract with miway, i spoke to a guy by the name of Lemmy Mochabang and he gave me the best service ever since ive been with Miway. its a pitty by the time i spoke to him, my mind was already made up. he's been more than helpfull with the entire process and even went the extra mile of insuring that my cash got returned to me. i suggest that miway should request lemmy to train the other consultants on good customer care and service, he explains everything in full, takes time to listen, has the best attitude ever and shows that he enjoys his job.
