I took a contract with the above mentioned company with two cellulars the were working fine til recently. Both phones area not up to standard the other phone cannot switch after a call the other one that i am using scrolling it just turns off. The other matter is that the automated message in the phone says i qualify for an upgrade by 15 October 2013 calling the call center the say i only have to upgrade by the end of 2015 the Samsung i am using at the moment cost R799 the other handset is there phone. I Have tried on several occasion to speak to the manager but she says i must take the phone to repairs to the nearest Samsung outlet..
