On the 29/11/2013 i made an enquiry to make a claim for my damaged windscreen. I received no response, few days later i called in. A representative says i need to make a claim via the website to which i dont know and was never told? They said they would email me the details on how to register on website, you guessed it... no response. I then sent another enquiry to send me a breakdown of my insurance, again never got a response. On the 6/12/2013 i sent another online enquiry to cancel my insurance to which i received multiple response from customer care (they enjoy taking peoples money but when it comes to claims or cancellations they not interested) The worst part is i have reference numbers for my online enquires and Miway keeps denying knowledge of these requests. Should a debit order bounce im sure they have every knowledge of a payment bouncing? I have never dealt with such an incompetent insurance companies. I shall personally see to it that everyone i know and they know never recommend or use Miway Insurance.
