I am an existing client at Miway. I have submitted an online inquiry yesterday, regarding my policy, and I have until now not received a response.
I have been with Miway since 2009, and have, until now been a VERY happy and satisfied customer, and given the excellent service received till now, my expectations of Miway are really high. This lack of response makes me wonder why it is that they were so quick to respond at the time I wanted to insure my car, but are slow to respond when I have asked for them to consider a re-negotiation / reduction of my monthly premium.
