No Response to Email Enquiry

On the 4th of June 2013 I sent Mango Airlines an email enquiry [Email Removed] and I haven't received a response. On the 11th of June I resend the email stating that I haven't received a response yet, and not even to that email did I receive a response.

I know my enquiry was not the usual enquiry as I have asked Mango that as a regular traveller, why they haven't considered joining SA Express and Kulula on the JNB-GRJ route. Surely as a potential customer, I may ask that they look into adding this to their route.

Many companies will say "Due to popular demand..."
