I went to the branch on Tuesday to increase the limit on my account for internet banking so i would be able to pay for stock i need for this weekend and nothing has been done as such i will now loose money because of Standard banks incompetinse as such i will now close the account and go to Capitec bank as i simply cannot afford to loose money as a result of some one not being able to do their job if you phone their so called help centre you get told sorry i dont understand what you want done it is very simply increase the limit on the account for internet banking but that is to hard for the person to understand if you want to contact me do so not using a private number as my phone rejects private numbers
