Disgusting Customer Service

"Please refer to your personal emails for your response". This is FNB's response to a complaint regarding unethical business practice on their part. Desiree Bowes requesting an ID number from a customer is not a 'response' to a complaint. I find your customer service truly disgusting when compared with other Banks.
