I was given two options from THABO. One he can call my creditors and make payment arrangements on my accounts or he can just clear my name without notifying any of my creditors and wait for them to contact me and then make payment arrangements. I chose the second option I confirmed with him sevaral times if its possible to do this and he said yes, he was extreamly helpful and always available. The moment I paid the money into thr acount all changed thabo had a serious don't care attitude. I found out that the service thabo offed me does not even exist. His team leader listened into his calls it was made clear that I don't want the first option I was not prepared to proceed with it.. Now that I paid the money I find out that he THABO . I feel as if I was trapped into something I don't want this is false information and I pray its ilegal beacuse they refuse to refund me even after listening into the calls... Even though thabo and dragged his companies name down. It goes abit futher his team leader advised me he spoke to the advocates to refund my money and they said its impossible. In all fairness someone in that company should be resonable. I was trapped.
