On the 9th of April I put in a claim ay the Pmburg AON office for my sons damaged Blacberry. After no correspondense from AON I went to the office and they claimed I never handed in a phone or a claim form. They also said that I had to prove I was a client. I of course was horrified. Then all of a sudden when I said I would call in the SAP the phone magically appeared and on the 9th of July I had to give them my banking details so they could pay me out. Well no money was ever deposited and I went to the office it was no longer there. My next step was to try email and Mr Pienaar, after cuontless emails, is still of no assistance.
My last email to him was on the 10 Dec and I told him if he didnt pay me I would have no choice but to call the SAP. He hasnt responded to that email. How can such big companies treat their clients like this? And to top it off they cancelled my youngest sons cell phone insurance without my permission.
