Poor service

I made a application for a loan @ FNB and 2 weeks have passed and i have not received the outcome of my loan. I have phoned their useless call centre and both agents and team leaders have told me that the money is held up in their payouts department. FNB loans has shown pathetic services and i have complained on their website, but no one has even bothered to call me and apologies. Going forward i have even considered switching banks, because the service at FNB is just not up to standard. I am disgusted at the poor level of service especially to individuals like me, that have a good financial record. I have lost all faith in this bank and how the reletive departments operate.
