I used to work for quest as a call centre agent for a long. In 2010 november 17 I resigned. Today im heavily pregnant and im working for a different company. Iv been calling quest for a ui19 to be emailed to me since I can't go there myself. Iv been sent from consultant to another. Iv been on maternity leave from the 16/12/2013 and that's I started to ask for that form. On the 23/12/2013 I called and I don't know who I spoke with and I was told it was processed il get it on friday the 27th. Today its monday the 30 and I havent received anything. Been calling them, they telling me that they are busy with payroll I have to wait another 7 days. I spoke to lihle, lerato, and stacey. Why is it hustle to get such a form. The sad part is im heavily pregnant and also I need to sort out my staff before I give birth. Can someone from quest kindly help me...
