Lack of Professionalism and No communication

I lodge a claim after the passing of my mom in 2011 may and there was no communication from their side and everything when I call nobody seems to know anything untill I lodge a complain to the ombudsman and the were in such a rush to finalized the matter that they didn't follow the procedures when the trustees making the changes while allocating the funds. They didn't allocate the funds as per nominations on the form they made a decision and distributed the incorrect amounts without informing the relevant parties as if they didn't matter.

The final payment was paid in December 2013 while the claim since 2011 May and on top of that they get angry when they deal with the matter.

Herbert Khwezi was the only person who will try to find the answers that I want who should a lot of respect and dealt with me in a dignified manner Herbert was the only person I will exclude from this incompetent people.
