Cancelling my card

My second complaint about FNB. My card was cancelled at the bank, two weeks ago I went to the Bank to get it activated, with very bad service, it was done. Two days ago I got another text, stating my card has been cancelled again! WHY? WHY? After the bad service I had two weeks ago, I must go to the bank to sort this out again! Is there something wrong with FNB?
