I had a claim in 2011 May after my mom's passing at Liberty and I was told to contact the Broker at Core Wealth by name of Justin and he was the one who signed my mom that policy and the matter took up untill today to be finalized and when it was finalized the amounts were incorrect and the changes were made and they failed to communicate with us the beneficiaries.
When I called him he never answers his phone and always when he does he refers me to someone lady at the office tries to help but she is not familiar with this case but and the person who supposed to give answers is always on vacation
