I Stopped And Exchanged Details With Traffic Officer Present, I Wrote Out Affidavit Of What Had Happened And Had Asked Her To Sign If She Agreed And She Did.

But Now Her Insurance Company Is Stating That I Am Just As Liable As She Is, Due To Me Not Reacting Fast Enough To Avoid Her Mistake???
I Have Received Three Quotes To Repair, Outsurance Has Offered To Pay 70% Of Half Of What I Was Quoted,
Claims Division Actually Argued With Me, And In He's Way Stated That I Should Be Happy With What I Get. As Well As Telling Me Process Takes Between 6 To 8 Weeks,
And After I Got Upset And Raised My Voice Stated It Can Take Up To 3 Years. When I Changed My Tone He Reverted Back To 6-8 Weeks. That To Me Is A Threat!!
Very Disappointed With This Company, They Have Called Me So Many Times To Join Them And This Is Service U Get From Them... NO THANK YOU
