Incorrectly charged for their Incompetency

I stopped the debit orders on my accounts and fnb did not stop them after they have charged me for stopping them and they continued to charge me for debit orders that went to to my account and find no money in the account, i lodged a complain against that with them and when ever i call the branch to find out what is happening am referred from person to the other, on Tuesday when i tried to find out how far are they with resolving my query i was told that the branch said that we have reached a dead lock and i asked what did they come up with that i did not agree to that has let us to reach a dead lock no one knew. i spoke to Sinenhlanhla who said she will investigate the matter but even now i don't know how what dead lock me and fnb has reached. as a results of this my name has been listed on the ITC my credit profile has been torn apart i cant get credit anywhere, now i was suppose to apply for a study loan which i cant thanks to FNB

I checked my bank statement with Benny Khoarai saw that i had stopped the debit orders and they still went through

The ref number that i got from FNB is 299543NF
