I have stopped various debit orders from going through my account, of which one or two was never authorised by my signature!! I even went in to the branch yesterday and spoke to a lady (who seemed to be of higher authority) who assisted the client care clerk. I was promised said monies would be credited back to my account overnight. No such thing happened! This morning my account is overdrawn, which I'm sure to be charged for, and no credits back. After calling their customer call centre I was referred back to the branch, whose phone stays continuously engaged. What am I to do? Please please please can FNB HELP???
