This is uncalled for. Been banking with these guys for almost 4-5years and when the competition gets hot with regards to rewards programmes they slacking. Been waiting for the ucount card for, since I applied for this Ucount service in June/July which is even costing me extra R20 per month where its even hard to make up for that monthly fee on the returns of reward points. It's like paying for the amount you going to receive. Be careful there is a company which is way ahead of you with alot more benefits I might just make it my resolution to move over in the new year because their customers are my colleagues and they have full bragging rights at this point. Standard Bank at this point I have nothing to brag about for being a client but my loyalty and it is slowly fading.
