I had an accident on the 30th of August till to date King price insurance haven't sorted out my claim. their calls always on voicemail. when they finally reply to e-mails its just brief. you literally need to send thousands of emails before they actually respond. I need to have my car settled . the accident where their client was at fault put me in a position where my car is now a right off and waiting them for 3 months feels like a lifetime I am inconvenienced in every way and I don't no what steps to take to get this matter handled. Even their own client has had enough. this is the worst insurance ever.
