Please educate your call centre agents b4 u call

Out of curiosity I checked Old Mutuals website and checked a premium for what they call a Accidental Death and Disability plan. Within minutes a consultant from Cape Town calls me from 021 533 0446 and tells me I am interested in Pure Life which is not what I asked for. Then she tells me the Accidental Death and Disability is actually Accidental Death and Accidental Disability policy which is NOT what the website says. I asked her to define accidental and she promptly hangs up on me. I could clearly hear she has no idea what she is talking about. Please employ people who know what they are talking about or at least train them, its really giving your company a bad name
