I am absolutely enraged that Outsurance doesn't care about its clients and doesn't even have a helpline to assist us. I took out a policy but they didn't send anyone to take my bloods. Now they just tell me that they will only insure me for accidental death!!! This is false, fradulent and! When I tried to respond to the email, it says it is rejected. Is there any live person there who care about their clients or are they all rip offs! I'm really angry! I DID NOT want an accidental death cover. I want full cover which I was promised, so they will take my money and give me only half a cover!!! Furthermore I also referred two people to them and they wrote these two people up but do not give me the referral fee they promise of R500 per person!!! Anyway I am not happy that they also send me an email to say I'm not going to be covered and when I reply to the email it rejects it. There is no number, contact or consultant name to get hold of. Besides, it means that once they sell a policy, they cannot even pay a courtesy call to ask the client to get the bloods done. They promised me they will send someone to my house, but they never did! A bunch of misleading liars!
