On the 4th of November 2013 an amount of R2741.00 was just deducted from our FNB Business Cheque account by a company called GENSEC. We never signed any documentation allowing such a debit from our account. On 4 December 2013 we visited he FNB branch at Bracken City in Alberton JHB to lodge a complaint and a Trainee and his supervisor looked into the matter. I signed forms that they would reverse the transaction and the funds would be placed back into our account on that same day that 04 Dec 2013.
I logged a complaint/ query with FNB yesterday but had no response.
This is very bad service and I would like FNB to stand up to their advertisements all over radio and TV and deliver better service.
