Complaint / review / scam report
My homeloan was appproved on the 29th May2013 for a certain amount (this was afer calling the call centre for an update on the application, ) I then requested an further amount for renovations, i was then told to fav through a quotation and this will be sent through the amendment department .I called to confirm the delivery of my documnets and all was recieved and in order. (REF:531 99 444 ) This was dated 29th May 2013, Since then i have called in every single day for an update and have not recieved a single call from anyone at Standardbank regarding this, I have even logged a formal complaint with the standardbank resoltion center on the 7th June(39055388) and recieved a call from Jacobus yesterday 10th June asking if anyone has ever contacted me regading this, and he said he will revert back to me soon . So after all this time and still waiting for an update from Standardbank, i called in this morning again for an update, and this time i get told by the call center agent that my initial call was logged to the incorrect department and now has been allocated to the correct dep and i should wait aagin for the standard turn around time 3-5 working days. Really shocking!!!
