I sent in an application to extend my homeloan. I was sent an sms saying it had been withdrawn. I called the contact number on the sms and was told to contact another number. Since then I have called the homeloans department and the complaints department. I logged TWO official complaints however none of them appear to be captured or they are just being ignpred. I logged a complaint on Facebook and no response there either. When I call and ask to speak to a manager I am told I am not able to until I log a complaint of which I have logged two. The call centre agents continue to tell me they will call back but they never even log the calls. Standard Bank's attitude and customer services is no existent. I also requested the complaints procedure and Ombuds details in writing and this was never sent either. NOT ACCEPTABLE
