I am very disappointed with the service I received at African Bank, I made a loan application on the 5th Deceber 2013 and was told it will take 2 days to be complited and funds will be transfered immediately.by the 10th December 2013 there was still no good response, I called the branch several times they always say i must wait for one day.
I am really unhappy now because i planned for this money but now all my plans have been messed up with these delays.
Please assist as soon as possible as this matter is very urgent.
