I have lodged a claim at the beginning of November and to date it has not been finalised. The claims consultant promises to return my call in a few minutes and never does. His supervisor is just the same. For the past 2 weeks I hear that the claim is with Approvals manager and was informed that the process takes 72 hours. More than 2 weeks has passed and they still waiting for this manager to sign off. Pathetic administrative process and service. Only good to follow up if debit did not go through.
