NO RESPONSE ON LETTERS, EMAILS, PHONE CALLS

Sending this complaint on behalf of my mother, Mrs. E.W.F. Naud? who have permission to deal with this on behalf of Mr. J.D. Breytenbach.
1. My Grand Father, Mr. J.D. Breytenbach, bought a vehicle on a hire purchase contract at the age of 87 years. How is this possible? According to me the law states that you can only do this until the age of 65.
2. He had an caretaker Ms. L. Zandberg, who was driving him around in this vehicle. Now he got injured and is in a Frail Care Facility, and the lady who is no longer his caretaker refuse to give the vehicle back to us or the SAPS. The SAPS suggested that WesBank must assist us getting the vehicle back as it actually still belongs to them.
3. We send numerous letters (04/11/2013), e-mails and calls to WesBank to assist in this matter, but to no avail. On 19/11/2013 we even signed a Notice of Termination but no one comes back to us. We even had a stop order for the installments until they can get the car back to us.
4. When calling you are told that they don't do telephone inquiries anymore and they are very rude if they hear that you can only speak Afrikaans and then they end the call.
