I am once again disgusted with the reponse from SA Underwriters. It takes them over two months to finalise a claim, let alone getting the problem resolved. The attitude from them is a basic hurry up and wait, a don"t care one. I am not a client to them but a third part claimant, but will never ever become a client to them if this is teh type of services one is going to get, and warn all potential clients to beware of the sick service that you will be faced with. You will be sitting and wating for your claim to be finalzed for a very long time. Do the right thing go to Miway or Outsurance, they may be slightly expensiev but their services are absolutely awesome.
BTW. I was was only called once by SAU after this being my third complaint on Hello Peter. I suppose either they are embarrased or dont have a response, as usual. Or maybe they just dont care.
