I am so furious at ABSA as i tried to increase my credit card limit and they declined it due to affordability. So i got down to the root of the issue and that is that they got my salary as R10000- R11999 which was the bracket in which i fell when i first started working 3 years ago! Please can someone at ABSA help me as im not in the mood to go waste my time inside a branch. My salary is currently R28300 so if the people can please correct this, i will be very glad! If not... please let me know so that i can close down my credit card as i have done with my cheque acc due to the pathetic service that i have received in the past, and move to "BEEP BANK" which go the extra mile for their loyal customers!
