I am actually appalled and shocked at SBSA for not allowing their staff to participate in the memorial of our late president MANDELA. Your competition NEDBANK closed their doors for the day in respect to the importance of the day, why can't you guys do the same? The staff got half day for the World cup, why not the same for this historical happening? I am actually ashamed that my bank is not part of this countries morning process!
