Management do not respond to customer complaints

For more than a month I have tried in vain to escalate a compliant to management. Every time I ask to be transferred I get cut off. I have left my telephone number with multiple people with no success. I have even sent a mail to their customer service department and still no joy.
It has become abundantly clear to me that First for Woman management have no intention of dealing with customers, satisfied or otherwise.
