1st Complaint sent to Total 7 Oct:
I have been a very regular customer at this Total Garage for a number of years now, but am actually most disgusted with the service.
I utilise the garage almost daily!!! Yet, my windscreen is NEVER cleaned! In all honesty, the ONLY windscreens cleaned, each & every time, are those of 'White' Customers!!! Once or twice is understandable, but not EVERY time I am there when I see other car's windscreens cleaned, often front & back. Even the management are only polite to the 'White' customers.

2nd Complaint to Total 2 Dec :
The owner called more than a month after I had sent the complaint. To date, the service has gotten worse and has become unbearably disgusting!!!
The attendants just stand around and will not even attempt to approach my vehicle when I pull up. Yet they run for every white person that pulls up!!!
To be blunt, the African attendants blatantly ignore me, and the White management are unfriendly & impolite people.
But I will never go their again! Much to my inconvenience I would rather spend my money at another garage. I only want to be treated as a regular, paying customer, just like all their White customers!
