on 16 december, i received a call from someone at regional office. After a short discussion, she stated it would be escalated and i would receive feedback from higher up... but nothing has come of this!! No Feedback What so EVER!!!
Could I please request that the regional manager contact me via email on [Email Removed] or respond and provide his email address.
