I was promised to be refunded (deposit payed for rent) on 7th of July. Since the 7th i am phoning daily and was told that Vernon has the file and will do the refund. I am leaving messages fot Vernon, but without any response. I have payed my rent on time every month and expects the same from Rental Pro's. This is realy unacceptable!
