Unprofessional /Bad Service

I have several vehicles insured with Miway, one of the vehicles were sold so I duly contacted Miway in order to amend my insurance premium. Simple enough objective!!! Not with Miway!!! Incorrect amount was debited. I phoned Miway and listened to their recordings one of which informed me I could leave my cell number and they would get back to me, that was 10 days ago, STILL WAITING. I phoned again and eventually got through, after explaining what the problem was i was informed that i would be refunded, i was asked to supply a bank statement so they would have my bank details!!! DID'NT YOU TAKE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT? I informed the young lady that they had my banking details and I expected the refund immediately. Finally, she told me she would arrange the refund. WHERE IS IT MIWAY? Its not in my account and that was almost a week ago. Must I now spend more of my time and money to get my money back when this is all your mistake and your unprofessional service. What is so difficult about adjusting a debit??? If you do MESS UP, what is so difficult about refunding the said amount??? Try an EFT - Its quite efficient.
